Lord Livingston 7000 Kandi Review

Lord Livingston 7000 Kandi Review

Lord Livingston 7000 Kandi is more of a documentary than a feature film. Anil Radhakrishna Menon did bring you a good nature movie which is also a long trek through a big and mighty Jungle.

Piloppose John Varkey ( Kunjacko Boban) is a nature lover and survivalist. He invites some people from all walks of life in order to form a defence to protect a forest. CKK Menon a retired civil servant escape an old age home in order to join the team. Where as Dr. Neelakantan quit his teaching career to join the trip and follow his passion for animal excreta. Madhu is a weapons analyst who took a break from her struggles in daily life. Anantha Krishnan (Jacob Gregory) is a researcher who also have his own aspirations and dreams but lead struggling life in order to please his wife.

Sam (Bharath) is an adventure sports guy, but currently suffering from some acute illness, he join this journey as he think this is gonna be one of his last. Beeran a street magician ( Sunny Wayne) show case some skills that are very much useful in the struggle in second half of the movie. Sudheer Karamana as Malavedan.

Once the character portrayal is complete you will reach the middle of the Jungle as well as the interval of the movie. But 7000 Kandi fails to capitalize the suspense it built till then in the second half. With some mysteries unfolding and without any major conflict it wont keep you waiting for something.

Excellent cinematography by Jayesh Nair and editing by Manoj Kannoth do capture the beauty of locations but not only excellent visuals are needed for a good movie.

You may watch if you are a nature lover and traveller.
