Double Barrel Eratta Kuzhal Preview

Double Barrel,also known as ‘Irattakuzhal’ is an upcoming malayalam comedy thriller movie directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery.According to the director the movie is a light hearted comedy entertainer that sets in the backdrops of Goa.The story of the film is said to be “very much associated with the culture of Goa”.

The strar brothers Prithviraj and Indrajith are playing the leading characters named Pancho and Vinci respectively and the former sported an ‘ultra modern’ look for the film with a goatee and a neck tattoo while the latter disclosed that the film got a “retro 70’s glam to it”.Swathy Reddy was signed for one of the leading female characters.The actress collaborating again with Pellissery after ‘Amen’ says her character was “definitely out of my comfort zone”. Pearle Manney is casted opposite to Asif Ali and she called her character in the film ” a lot of fun”.Isha Shervani is also playing a main character and sources reported that Sunny Wayne ,Asif Ali and Rachana Narayanankutty had also been signed.

This pulpe esque movie is jointly produced by Prithviraj, Lijo Jose,Santhosh Shivan and Shaji Nadeshan under August Cinema and Amen Movie Monastery , a production house supported by Lijo jose Pellissery. Prashant Pillai is composing the music.The film began in July,2014 and was carried out at Kochi and Goa.This gagster movie is expected to be an entertainer with “lot of fun”.
