Thinkal Muthal Velli Vare Review

Thinkal Muthal Velli Vare Review

Thinkal muthal Velli Vare is a comedy movie starring Jayaram and play back singer Rimi Tomy in lead role. As the name suggests it focus on mega serials in Malayalam. Movie is written by Dinesh Pallath and directed by Kannan Thamarakkulam.

Jayadevan Chunkathara (Jayaram) is a successful writer in Malayalam serial industry. He is on a high ride with producer Vijayanand (Anoop Menon), with three of their productions hit the top of channel rating. Jayadevan also comes under criticism for his over emotional script and non commitment towards society. To which he makes his point clear that his commitment is only to the producer.

Pushpavalli ( Rimi) is a hard core fan of Jayadevan. One will wonder any young girl in Kerala still named this kinda comic names. And by no means she is an ideal candidate for a wife. She love to run around but not for any household work or responsibilities.

Still in a particular situation Jayadevan decides to Marry her. This change his life forever. Pushpavalli with all typical characteristics of house wives of Kerala start to interfere with everything in Jayasevan’s life. She had a new opinion to his work and relationships and naturally doubts about him too.

This affects Jayadevan very much and all of a sudden his serials lost the rating which he used to enjoy. In this difficult situation his producer friend Vijayanand also start yo form difference of opinions. Finally leaving Jayadevan stranded in the struggle. Mean while Pushpavalli also go home.

This movie show the way Jayadevan fight his friend turned enemy as well his attempts to win back his wife only out of desperation.

It offers almost nothing new other than a wide range of serial actors who make guest appearances. In spite of that you will get at least some jokes to laugh loud. Rimi Tomy also put up a decent performance where Jayaram continue with his regular mannerisms.

You may go for this if you are done with other movies around.
